The areas of research are focused based on the request of telecommunications operators according to the network coverage needs, but we also consider unsolicited applications that can be sent via email to our contacts. Unsolicited applications for land, agricultural, commercial or industrial outdoor spaces, coverage of residential buildings, will be evaluated together with the operator and if confirmed, a technical site inspection will be scheduled with the property to assess feasibility. In the case of condominiums, our contact person will be the administrator to whom we will submit all the necessary documentation to present the proposal to the condominium assembly for resolution. In addition to the search for the acquisition of new infrastructures, Deca is also involved in the purchase of land where existing Base Stations are located. In this case too, we are available to evaluate requests sent to our contacts.
